Hope you can find the answers to the questions you are searching for and if still there are some questions or doubts which are not mentioned here, then please always feel free to ask or discuss them with us in the comment section given below.

Q.1) Will IBPS recruit in 2019?

Ans – Yes, now as the official calendar of exam dates and schedule for various bank exams has been announced, so it is confirmed that IBPS will recruit in 2019.

Q.2) When does the notification for the above-mentioned exams will be released?

Ans – You can expect the notifications for the above-mentioned IBPS Exams almost 2 months prior to the dates given for the preliminary examinations in the notification of the respective exams. And as per the information given by the IBPS candidates are advised to visit the official website of IBPS regularly for the detailed notification of various exams.

Q.3) How many attempts are there for IBPS PO?

Ans – There is no restriction on the number of attempts for candidates appearing in IBPS Bank PO Exam unless or until they are eligible with the age limit mentioned in the notification released by IBPS. Hence, candidates of any category are allowed to take as many attempts as they want.

Q.4) What is the age limit for bank exams?

Ans – Usually the minimum age to appear in bank exams is 20 years whereas the maximum age limit is 30 years. However, for the candidates who belong to SC/ST or ex-servicemen, the relaxation of upper age limit is 5 years whereas for the candidates of OBC the relaxation of upper age limit is 3 years and for persons with benchmark disabilities it is 10 years.

Q.5) Can a final year student apply for IBPS PO?

Ans – As per the rules specified by IBPS, candidates in their final year of graduation are not eligible to apply for any IBPS bank exams and only those candidates are allowed to apply who at least possess a degree of graduation from any University/Institution/ Board recognized by the Govt. Of India or approved by any Govt. Regulatory Bodies. However, if the final result of final year students is declared before the last date to apply for the respective bank exam as mentioned in the notification, then that candidate is eligible to apply for the particular bank exam conducted by IBPS.

Q.6) What is the recruitment process for the candidates appearing in IBPS Exams?

Ans – For the recruitment of the post of officers, candidates are required to qualify the preliminary examination followed by the mains examination and then the selected candidates will appear in the interview round. Lastly, the ones who qualify in the interview round will get the final selection. But in case of recruitment for clerical cadre and office assistants, there is no interview process and the candidates getting selected in the mains examination will have to appear in the language proficiency test (LPT) which is also qualifying in nature.

Q.10) How should one prepare for IBPS PO 2019 or How do I prepare for any IBPS Bank Exam?

Ans – Every person has their own strategies so the best advice would be to make your own strategies and not follow anyone in particular. Taking some reference from everyone’s strategy is the key to make a successful future. We at Banking Dreams would suggest the bank aspirants to start their preparations by solving topic wise questions and cover the question types and topics which comprise most of the marks in prelims. Next tip will be to learn the concepts and smart ways to solve questions, especially in which you are having a tuff hand. Purchase the test series and practice well enough before appearing in the exam. Practicing mock test is really very important as many aspirants despite having all the key knowledge of craking difficult problems, often fails to comply with the time limit given in online exams and sometimes also end up wasting their time on the wrong question. If you are weak in any subject, then do focus on it and give some of your quality time to make an improvement. Learn speed maths tricks for faster calculations or learn to do calculations in your mind while solving problems. Last and the most crucial advice would be to stay updated with the current affairs, as the general awareness section in the mains examinations plays an important role for scoring good marks and getting selected for the next stage.

Q.11) What is good preparation material for the IBPS Bank PO Exam?

Ans – In the world of the digital era, don’t go with an offline mode of learning and preparing. Try to find preparation material over the internet, as internet today is flooded with the materials which can help you in learning as well as earning good marks, you just only need to explore it by going in the right directions. And if possible try to take notes of the concepts you learn, in order to revise them afterward when in need. This will also aid you in saving your quality time when there is no time left before the exam.

Final Words

Now as the official calendar for the recruitment in bank exams has arrived and the tentatives dates have been announced and also it’s a fact that for the past three years IBPS has been following the tentative calendar to be the actual, so it is recommended for the bank aspirants to start their preparations from today and not after the release of the notifications.
