SBI PO 2019 Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for SBI PO 2019 are as follows.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government of India.

Those candidates who are in the Final Year/ Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31-August-2019.

Calculation of Percentage: The percentage marks will be considered & calculated by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all the semester(s)/ year(s) by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of the honors/ optional/ additional optional subject if any. This will be applicable for those Universities also where Class/ Grade is decided on the basis of Honours marks only. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%.

Age Limit: The age limit as on 01-April-2019 for the candidates are as follows.

The minimum age required is 21 years and the maximum age is 30 years. In other words, the candidate must not have been born later than 01-April-1998 and not earlier than 02-April-1989. Further, the relaxation in upper age limit has also been allowed, which is different for different categories. So for detailed notification, you can refer the official notification.
