🔁 Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital in nature (PDF/eBooks) and online practice mock tests, we do not accept cancellations once the payment is made and the download link or product has been delivered.

Please review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

💸 Refund Policy

Due to the intangible and downloadable format of our products, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive the download link or product due to a technical error (and we are unable to resend it within 48 hours).
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved.
